Ace continues to improve. He is sound at the walk while ridden. He seems to enjoy slow trail rides.

Doesn't he look good? Not riding sound yet, but accepted saddle/tack without a problem :-)

Ace is improving a little more each day. He has gained much weight and is feeling a lot better. 
He is one of the sweetest horses ever!

Ace (his name may change) came to us from Animal Services of El Paso. A couple of weeks ago, this poor boy was found abandoned in the desert. Ace is in horrible condition. Not only is he extremely emaciated, he is also foundered, which causes him much pain. We hope and pray we can help Ace to get through this and live a comfortable life.
