Ranger was donated by his owner along with Nicole. Both arrived at the foster home in Albuquerque today. Ranger needs to gain weight and undergo evaluation. We are not aware of any major problems at this time. Ranger will be transported to the rescue in August.

17 September 2005
Ranger arrived at the rescue today. He is still in very poor condition and has a long rehab to look forward to.

08 September 2006
Well, it's been almost one year since Ranger joined our herd. He is doing as well as can be expected. He is not riding sound due to arthritis and other age related problems. We have decided that Ranger should live out his life in our care. He is not available for placement.
